Pune Climate Warriors is a city-led initiative dedicated to nurturing climate awareness, responsibility, and action—starting with children and extending to families and communities across Pune.

We work closely with schools to empower students from Grades 5 to 8, helping them understand climate change not as a distant concept, but as a real, everyday issue that affects the air they breathe, the water they drink, and the future they will inherit.

Through thoughtfully designed educational programs, hands-on activities, and community engagement, we encourage young minds to adopt eco-friendly habits, make responsible choices, and take ownership of their role in protecting the environment.

Our approach goes beyond classrooms. By involving teachers, parents, and neighborhoods, we ensure that learning translates into action—creating ripple effects that influence homes, streets, and local communities.

Pune Climate Warriors is led and supported by environmental leaders such as Mrs. Vandana Chavan, whose guidance and vision strengthen our mission to build a climate-conscious city.

We believe that meaningful change begins early. By shaping values, habits, and awareness at a young age, we are cultivating a generation that is informed, compassionate, and prepared to lead with responsibility.
